Starting up new build...HDs?

Hello all
This is probably really rudimentary - but I've never had more than 1 HD before.
Basically I have 3 Caviar Blacks - they're not in any kind of RAID configuration.
I installed Windows 7 on one of them, but now when I go to My Computer it only lists the 1 HD (the one with the OS on).
If I go to device manager it lists the three drives, how can I have all three drives listed and accessible in the My Computer screen.

click start
right click computer
click manage
should open up computer management console
in left hand tab click disk management
you should see the other two HDDs, probably with black bars next to them (as opposed to blue)
right click on the black bar and select new simple (or something like that, cant quite remember)
