Stealth ninja spying on prospective employees.

but they obviously wont be, tbh i wouldnt even want to work somewhere office "girls" can happily read CV's and then even talk to there boss about what they read!

dont think i would want to do business with a company like that either
no data protection for his CV though eh......

Meh, I guess we're a bit laid back. But like I said, I'm not the manager. I'll tell her you think it's a bit lax though!

you guys do realise you can do an A-level 1 year crash course. Its an intensive course of 2 years worth of work condensed into 1 year. Its a possibility he could have done that. Secondly he might of left year 12 and went to another sixth form\college to do a-levels again.

it is yet he doesnt seem to take it seriously

Why should he? He's already said he's not the manager so its not really his responsibility. Anyway, he hasn't actually said she SHOULDN'T have read it, for all we know she's in HR and is allowed to read CV's. Just because she found it lying around doesn't necessarily mean she shouldn't read it.

Usual OCUK getting on your high horse and making assumptions in this thread.

Again, I didn't say "this guys lying, what a *******, help me nail his ass to the wall". It merely sparked my curiosity in the process of researching employees qualifications. That's all I asked.

People are tetchy today. Must be a Monday.
