Steam account I won't use anymore ?

You can do it but it goes against the steam subscriber agreement that you agreed to so there is a chance the account could be banned and a lot of people won't buy accounts as the original holder can just claim it back as soon as it is handed over,

Steam subscriber agreement said:
When you complete Steam's registration process, you create a Steam account ("Account"). Your Account may also include billing information you provide to us for the purchase of Subscriptions. You are solely responsible for all activity on your Account and for the security of your computer system. You may not reveal, share or otherwise allow others to use your password or Account. You agree that you are personally responsible for the use of your password and Account and for all of the communication and activity on Steam that results from use of your login name and password. You may not sell or charge others for the right to use your Account, or otherwise transfer your Account.
 
This is the problem with buying bloody games like this , if you have a hard copy you can sell it .... And no I won't be playing games again played them all and that's it , only ones I will be playing I have hard copies off arma2 and bf3 once it comes out .... ;) oh well will need to find someone that wants a steam account with slot of good games that I trust and they trust me ..... Thanks guys

You can't sell games any more anyway really, pretty much all games come with a CD key that is useless once redeemed
