I have managed to snap off part of the switch which slots into the keycap so I'm hoping I can just swap out the mechanical switch and away I go, however the searching of the web brings back very few results.
Anyone any experience in replacing a switch on one of these keyboards? Having bought this from an auction the Steelseries customer service are saying my option is to buy another one.. out of the question as I've owned this a week.
