stick with H50 or...?

hi, im currently running on a H50 with one apache black fan. Would i see lowered temps if i change to say... e.g. Noctua D14 or Thermalright Silver Arrow? or would i be better off getting another apache black for push pull and upgrade to the next gen closed loop water coolers? (When they are released)

thanks for the advice people, think ill get another fan for push pull for the moment, if i do need a new cooler ill sink my teeth into a Silver Arrow
