Stock temps of 1900xt? Mine is 65deg with Oblivion :(

2 questions.

1) Does anyone know how to set an Aerogate 2 alert beep to be turned off?

2) Should my temps be this high in Oblivion with settings set to high 1280 x 1024, HDR on? I am getting around 40-50 FPS but I am worried my card is getting quite hot

I have a Lian Li V1000+ case with stock fans.

how did you find out the temp of your video card...?

ATi Tray Tools has a built-in function to monitor GPU temps. The modded ATi Omega drivers come with it.

65c is actually incredibly low for an x1900xt, especialy running oblivion... It is the best stress tester I have seenf or a graphics card.

I can run 3dmark 03/05/06 all day @ 497mhz/1240 but oblivion wasnt having any of it

I think the only way to stop it beeping is to just not have it plugged in to the particular fancausing the beeping, in this case your graphics card one.
