Stolen Lego, corrupt police and a youtuber.

It sounds like this is fading away and they'll get away with it unless he gets some serious lawyers to properly help him? The system is corrupt.
That CEO is the type of person that needs a good beating. He's been able to weave his deceitful lies and practices all his life in the corporate world behind legal loopholes, paper and monitors, yet in the real world is like an infant; helpless and weak. What a disgusting "man" he claims to be.

Yea, feels like there's zero traction. I thought there was funding for legal assistance via the GoFundMe, and lawyers offering their time? Without proper legal aid, this is going nowhere.

I guess on one side, BAM have probably lost a ton of money and have a tarnished reputation in the Lego community.
 
The court case is progressing, its moved around from State to Fed, it needed to have the gag order removed which was what has just finished happening (the state Judge surprise surprise looked a bit corrupt as well!)
The next part is both parties deciding if they will agree to a court person lower than a full judge running the case, IIRC thats got about a week to go yet.

They may request a move from one state to another yet as they courts cannot cross states to call witnesses (well than can call them but not force them to attend) and its currently not in the state where most witnesses are.

This is only the beginning.
 
I mean, its like anything in the social media era. It burns brightly for a while and fades away quickly. Look at what happens with something as monumental as the Epstein files. It flares up and then is forgotten again for a while until something changes.

B&M will have massively damaged their reputation regardless and lost countless millions as a result of this whole thing. Both in court costs and lost revenue. Who knows if the CEO and co will suffer anything more than financial repercussions. Likely not. Those financial repercussions could be huge though.

Pretty sure it is Part 3 on YT now. I imagine he would have re-done part 3 to an extent to keep up to date what has already been leaked/discussed over the last couple of months. If it was the same part 3 from when he originally did it, it would likely be considered outdated.

I’m wondering if he changed the order. Because he originally spoke about a Florida police department in the sneak peak but there was nothing in the video about it.

Yeah my recollection was that part 3 was supposed to be about the police and more raids etc
At that point there was no court case

I guess it may come out soon or if someone has his patreon they would be able to see
 
I worked out why I think this is part 4, based on this, ben put this up about 12 hours before the main one linked above
- Part 3 on patroen or you can wait a couple of days for you tube
- Part 4 or also you can check out episode 4 coming very soon

So its confusing but I think we got 4 on youtube not 3
