Looks cool, it kinda reminds me of a row of dolphins jumping

They kind of look like virga to me. Basically altocumulus clouds(i think), but the wind speeds at lower levels in the atmosphere are at different to the speeds higher up in the atmosphere, they usuallyform in unstable air. Also that picture was taken on sunday while there were storms about,so it sounds like a good chance that they are.

Otherwise it's just a dying cumulus cloud which has been caught in a wind streak
