Pull out of the sale, dodgy as hell and he can pull the account back with zero comeback from you.

Yeah, he emailed me the email address and password and have changed it to my own now

Welcome one, welcome all, to the end of the 2nd hand games market. Coming soon to next (next) gen consoles as well.

Even if (as in this case) the seller is legit, just look at the number of people here who are terrified of buying 2nd hand steam games. They are laughing all the way to the bank.

for the price ive bought 90% of my steam games for theyre not the only ones laughing

not being able to sell them isnt even a consideration for me

Personally I would try to get a refund from the ebay seller, he is breaking Valve's terms by selling it, as are you by buying it.
