Strange email issue

HI Guys,
I have a strange one that I hope you can help with, when we send an email to a godaddy hosted email it doesn't get through, we don't receive a bounce back and it doesn't go into their junk mail folder?

I have turned of SPAM protection on the godly account but still nothing?

We host our own mail and domain on our own dedicated server that is currently running Plesk 9, which I believe may be the root of the issue as it is no longer supported due to a security vulnerability. We are moving everything over to amazons AWS services over the next two weeks however I was hoping to fix this issue now as it is important that we send these emails.

the domain we are sending from is @bnlproductions.co.uk and sending to @differenttracksglobal.com

Im hoping you can help out guys.

Thanks tribe, I have requested to be removed as soon as possible.

Hopefully these issues will stop when we move away from plesk
 
They normally only put you on a blacklist if you have been sending spam so you may have other issues that you're not aware of.

It's probably worth fixing that first as you can be charged to be removed from the blacklists and if you then have a vulnerability which spams somewhere you'll only have to repeat the process.
