Street Fighter (SFIV, SSFIV, HDR)

He's been really stubborn with Phoenix at a few tournaments, his best team is clearly Magneto/Dormammu/Doom but he seems very reluctant to drop Phoenix.
 
i blame laugh for dragging it out. it takes him 10 minutes to read the notes for each match.

the atmosphere is not as tense as last time. usa guys were salty but nowhere as salty as the europeans last year. i think japan is going to take this free now, they are the only one with a full strength team (minus daigo and sako).
 
No surprise Team Japan wins.

Totally forgot that 3 of them were SBO 2012 winners as well, so other than being in International ground, this format is really nothing for them.

LOL'd so hard when Mago OCVs one of the Canada teams yesterday with not even his main or secondary character.

And much earlier, F.Champ gets knocked out by alcohol and on stream too.
 
I couldn't watch last night and I never paid for the subscription so I have no access to archives, what happened at the USA2/Korea 5v5? Rog hit pause then Korea took that game so Champ wouldn't shake their hand after the match or something? Also did Champ almost get into a fight at the afterparty? Just seen a bunch of tweets this morning about that.

I keep forgetting the age and general maturity of some people on this forum I should really just PM questions like that. It's just not a natural occurrence for people to fight over a video game (especially on a stream which thousands can see) so I thought that was a bit crazy, hence me trying to find out what happened.
 
Dude chill man, I was just Richard-ing about ;) FC has a tendency to lose his cool, he did something similar in another tourney. Hopefully someone has the footage and dubs Guiles theme over it
 
Between Tuesday and Sunday you can do all the 'richard-ing' about that you like but it's Monday, start of the working week.. please respect how fragile I am on this day -_-
 
dont worry about elrasho. he is a not-so-nice-word person. i didnt get to see what happened too, but i wouldnt be too surprised if f champ gone nuts and said some harsh words to people and start a fight.

i want to know who won in the big money match between joker and fanatiq. these people are nuts to put a lot of money on a video game retardless how good you may be. shame you need 8.95 to see what already have happened.

at least some of the matches before the final in the 5v5 was nice. also lol at the online warrior canada team getting ovced by a yun and finished with a double p:)

Looks like the UK tourney has been confirmed for i47 on Sunday 02/12.
Signups coming this week sometime.
 
Not had a chance to play in almost 2 months!! May get a chance over the xmas hols so I'll hold off selling my xbox and TE stick just yet...
 
Priorities huh =) I know how you feel, kind of. I'm getting married in 2 weeks so I have barely been able to play either, I could try playing but she's already been marching around like a drill sargeant and I don't want to anger the beast.
