No but did CPR on a work colleague when he had a heart attack in the middle of our warehouse.
Carried this on until the paramedics came then afterwards as they said it helped free them up to do all the other bits.

Guy made a full recovery and was back to smoking within a few days.

I thought i was impervious to most sensitivity (wife calls my heart a swinging brick) until i heard them drill into his shin:eek:
Apparently when your heart stops your blood vessels/veins collapse due to no blood pressure and this is the quickest way to get adrenaline/drugs into the system.

Good luck and only save the lives of nice people:D

Well done! Not pleasant is it?! I have been a (qualified) registered nurse for 17 years, working in trauma & anaesthetics for all bar the first year and I have seen my fair share.
