Stuff for 98 polo?

Hi guys

i have got my hands on an 98 mk4 vw polo

i am planning on fitting new speakers (possible boot sub) and any little extra to make it a nice place to be

so i would like some recommendations as i need 2x 3.5" speakers for the dash

i have 2x 180w door speakers so just need to fit them

would like recommendation for good player head about £50 but it has a cd already so more interested in speakers

any anything else you think i polo should have.
