When using MS word you can use spell check to check your spelling, but is there a programme available that will scan the document and suggest word changes to more "fancy" words?

Thesaurus! Shift+F7 in Word. It's not a good idea if you don't know what the words mean, though

They're all just words! And you should only use the ones you are comfortable using.

I used to use the inbuilt thesaurus in Microsoft Office, but now I just go to http://thesaurus.reference.com/

And I have to agree with SiriusB. Only use words you feel comfortable using.

thanks for the link. Yeah i understand only to use words im comfortable with. I just need my memory jogging to use the words i've heard of; just i cant remember
