Sugest me HD Camcorder £500 MAX

I am wanting a good HD camcorder and it also must be good indoor too and really like to spend under £400 but can go £500

canon hf200d low light is ok. Can be had for £399 via google search. Its my preferred choice and I have put of buying it in the hope it will be cheaper post Xmas, but at £399 its already £80 cheaper than anywhere else and I will probaly buy it now.
