Suggestions for 24" - with requirements

I am still well within my rights to return this under DSR aren't I?

It's just that I go response from OC, and they are trying to point me in direction of LG to get it fixed under warranty.

I am pretty sure LG would state it's functioning within expectations, even if I disagree.

Plus, I still feel like I have now overpaid by about £25 for the thing...
 
I am sure you still have the rights to return it to OC..

I am glad I read this topic as I am buying a new monitor today and was considering the LG, but going to just rock out with the samsung now.
