Suggestions for a 4-day break, mid-april. Europe, hot?

As title, i'm changing jobs so will have extra money / a little time in between the handover, Thurs April 7th - Sunday April 10th.

Suggestions for somewhere to go away with the girlfriend, in europe, not too expensive, quite warm.

Rome? Venice? Valencia?

Because there are a million other places (read: european cities) i'd love to experience before I start repeating holidays
