Back with a Vengeance.
my contract is up next month so it's time to start looking for a handset to replace my 6680.
must be symbian or windows based so i can use my TomTom with it.
not THAT fussed on network, i don't want to pay more than 30 quid/month and i'd like 500 mins or so per month (not too bothered about texting)

what are your suggestions?

sorry to bust your spheres mate but you couldn't point me in the direction of a good tariff could you old bean?
i'd like to pay 30 quid/month...12 month contract...txts are pretty unimportant so 50 a month would suffice...500 anytime x net mins (or more) and some kind of gprs allowance as i've never tried one of these pda type phones and i think i may hammer the thing,lol.

if i go for something like the htc you suggested won't it be expensive? or is there anywhere that subsidises it in the same way regular handsets?
 
Most of the cost is in the contract.

For example the cheapest I've found the htc universal is £180 upfront and £19 for 12 months so £408 from O2. You can get it off ebay new for £350 unlocked and then you could use something like tmobiles p&g £1 a day for unlimited web browsing.

Hoping that Tmobile arent changing FlexT for the worst or removing it as Im stil lwaiting for the Vario 2...

no flext isnt changing, just im leaving t-mob soon. TDS knows why he needs to be fast :P
