Suitable replacement for Tagan 480W PSU

I've just had to use my own personal TG480U01 PSU to repair a work PC.
I'll be looking to replace this with something similar, so I'm currently looking into suitable models.

High efficiency (fairly standard I guess these days) and low noise are fairly high on my priority list, and modular cables are nice.

So I'm currently thinking of something like the Corsair HX 520W PSU.

I'll be using it to power an MSI P55-GD80 MB, i7 870 CPU, currently a 7900GTO, although that may change to a 4890 soon, and at least 4 HDs etc etc?
I'm a little bit unsure whether 4 SATA power cables will cut it - I'm aware that the 620W version has 8 connections, but it's a fair bit more expensive - is it possible to order extra connectors from Corsair?

Would this be my best bet, or should I be considering some others as well?

For instance, I've heard good things about BeQuiet PSUs, but I'm a bit wary of some of these newer brands (Hiper went bust a little while ago did they not?). OCZ have never really been on my list of considerations, but again, should they be?

Thanks for all your help guys, sorry for the rambling post!

I own a corsair hx520 if I were going for a new one now I would probably get a corsair hx 750 just in case the next generation of cards have a high power consumption and 12A requirements.
Corsair HX series are great power supplies virtually silent and pretty rock solid the only drawback is if you ever have to RMA it's to the netherlands.
Antec power supplies might be worth a look too as they have a uk based RMA system and I like the idea of supporting manu's that treat uk customers good as antec do.

The 550W BFG (BFGR550WMXPSUE) does look rather nice.
Is the lifetime warranty genuinely lifetime this time (i.e. not 10 years in Europe like some of their graphics cards?).
Also, I've had a (very!) quick look but can't find out who actually manufactures their PSUs - can anyone shed some light on this please? (edit: would appear to be Fortrex Electronic Co., Ltd - who?! :S)

Ta v much!

I've just read that Corsair will send out some types of spare cables FOC if needed, which is rather nice of them.
Funny you should mention Antec, as I currently have 3 of their PSUs currently in use (2x NeoHE 430 and 1x NeoHE 550W).
They have proven to be really great PSUs, they're quiet, and Antec's customer service has been amazing.

I would buy another Antec without hesitation. The only reason why I haven't is that initially with the NeoHEs there were some teething problems where some MBs wouldn't work with the PSUs.
I realise that the chance of this happening again is rare, but it would be quite nice to have a PSU from another manufacturer handy, just in case I have to test a rig for problems such as these (silly as that might sound?).

All the NeoHEs I currently have use 80mm fans, and I'm tempted to get a 120mm just to be different :).

I haven't written off Antec yet though still, and you raise a good point regarding the destination of RMAs... much food for thought...
