I think he could be great with a good run of games. He was tired most of last season due to coming from one season straight into ours with no break or pre-season inbetween.

I'd say it's still far too unclear as to what Anderson is to be honest, he's certainly better defensively than he is in attack and as I've eluded to previously he's outdone Fabregas in the past whereas I cant say Song has ever had a good game against a top team so who knows maybe they'll both end up being DM's

Well that's where you're wrong because the last two times you've come to OT and not conceded in one of them Song wasn't involved in fact I'm pretty sure he was at Charlton on loan at the time

pure speculation - we have developed talent that arrived at Utd younger than Anderson was when he arrived into amongst the best in their position (Rooney, Ronaldo to name two ), Johnny Evans has come on hugely and impressed in even shorter time frame and is younger, Evra was a similar kind of age (if my memory serves correctly but Im not entirely sure)

Evra had already played in a champions league final, and was 25 years old.
Rooney was already one of the best young players on the planet and had already made a mark on the international stage, Ronaldo was pure raw talent that didnt really show itself until Carlos Quieroz turned up, which is also incidentally when Anderson had his best games.
Anderson is 21, and has been with the club 3 years, he was roughly the same age as Ronaldo and Rooney when we brought him in, and was a extremely highly rated attacking midfielder.
For some reason the coaching staff and manager are trying to force him into being a central midfielder/winger, when he isnt anything of the sort.

Frankly with our squad in desperate need of depth, I'd be happy to take Pavyluchenko at Liverpool. We havent got the money though so thats a no go.

Seems like odd logic...playing the entire season with 10 men will result in quite a lot of defeats. Hard to say of course as everyone is different, but myself..I would rather take any player than purposefully choose to see my team defeated.
