Wenger looking to sign Gustavo from Bayern for £14mill. I know we have been linked with him earlier this summer and wouldnt mind seeing him play for us as he should add much needed steel in the midfield. But as its Arsenal, im taking it with a huge pinch of salt mainly because we have been linked with a few players this summer and as of yet, no big name has been signed.

Yeah plus that rumour started on a twitter chat that started off as Arsenal should buy these players...then suddenly turned into Arsenal are chasing him.

I doubt we are even chasing him...makes too much sense, he might actually be a signing we need :p
 
Yep. The only club that's bid for him is Norwich iinm. Erikisen's an interesting one - we've been briefing the press that we're definitely not in for him but I wonder whether it's a bargaining ploy and that we'll go in for him late in the window, knowing Ajax have to sell due to him only have 1 year left on his contract. He's rejected a couple of moves away from Ajax and spoke a bit about joining us, as have Ajax.

Surely this is obvious, why would he apologise if he's desperate to leave?
 
This is turning into the saga to end all sagas!

I am in complete darkness about how this is going to turn out. Can't even guess. Surely there is no way they can let him sit on the sidelines for long if he refuses to apologise.

He doesnt seem the sort to apologise anyhow:o...question is now what do Rodgers and the owners do about his supposed lack of loyalty to Liverpool??:p

Dont think Liverpool will leave him on the bench after his ban has finished, hes far more important to Liverpool and they need his goals this season, if they dont sell him. Personally this will not end well, seems like Suarez is hell bent on leaving and he clearly doesnt give a toss what Liverpool do to him ie making him train away from the squad and possibly leaving him on the bench when his ban has finished.

Id feel sorry for Liverpool if their manager and owner werent such classless twits. At this moment, i cant help but laugh at their cack handed approach to Suarez and his desire to leave.

Well he can't play until the end of September. As I keep saying, if he's still here come the end of the transfer window, he'll be fine.

And have SSN only just read last weeks Guardian?

There hasn't been much news past two days, can't be having any of that on a sunday!
 
Suarez is a grade A **** as he's proved over and over again. Everyone outside of Liverpool has been saying he's a **** while all the Liverpool fans have defended him. Look how he's treated them, even when they cheered him at the friendly match last week.

I hope he goes to Arsenal, he will suit them down to the ground. Liverpool your name is being dragged through the mud for this goofy muppet, he's embarrassing a great club, get rid. I wouldn't take him at Spurs on a free transfer. Not a chance in hell would I cheer that little mug.
