I still don't see why everyone things Willian will make all the difference to Chelsea. He can't get into the Brazil side and plays in the Russian league. He looks alright but nothing more. They have Mata who has been one of the best players in the league for a few years now and they are buying a poor mans replacement.

Chadli so far it seems, has fitted in well but still lots to learn about English game. He takes too many touches also.
