I've been out cleaning today and as the sun came out to play I thought I'd try and take some proper non-phone pictures of the car.

Plans for the car: Get a rollover bar and front splitter. I'm also thinking about removing the sideskirts. Opinions?

looks good, except for the miss-matching seats =\

is it just me or is that airscoop where the pop-up light normally is?
 
nice, I have been thinking of getting one of these for a while, even more so after the insurance quotes have been coming back as reasonable.

Which is the best mx5 forum?

Thanks for the comments. The airvent is functional, but if it makes a huge difference? ... who knows! I think it looks quite cool. It basically acts as a cold air intake to the relocated air filter (which sits behind the headlight). The filter used to sit above the exhaust manifold, so the intake temps should be dramatically cooler. The headlight still flips up and works as normal though. I'll take a picture sometime to show you.

It's a Corbeau Forza Sport bucket seat and it fits well, although its a wee bit tight. It is on the original runners too, so I can still move it back and forth.

There are loads of mx5 forums too. It really depends on what you're into I think. Some are more into standard Uk cars and going on country runs etc. Some are into jap modified ones. Have a look for Club Roadster, MX5 Nutz etc
