Supplements the debate/discussion thread

Tbh m8 I highly doubt it, maybe he used a certain aas or pro hormone. Natural test boosters do little if anything at all to test levels imo so I doubt it lol. Gyno comes with aromatization, so it would have to put the test levels up a fair bit.

And animal m-stak i've used it myself just because I got it for free off a m8... 8 tablets per day, if I'll be honest it didn't do very much lol. I never really noticed anything different during or after it anyway...

Cheers for that.

I think it's pritty safe to say that boosters, eostrogen blockers etc and all of the products in 'that' category do very little/minimal amounts and that if you're going to do something to do it properly. Otherwise every Tom, Dick and Harry down the gym would be on boosters. Skip the pro-hormones and get onto a very well thought out and planned first cycle. That's as far as I'm willing to discuss on here before Freefaller comes and smacks me with his french pimp hand!

Either way whatever you decide to do shifty you already know diet & training needs to be spot on as standard ;)

Agreed though i do like daa, last thing you need is a ton of ocuk readers with gyno lol

Anway i've been through most pre wo supps and i love

Sp250
Jack3d
Bsn endorush

My favourite is sizeon, it means i don't hardly fatigue, makes quite a difference towards the end of a set

bpi 1mr is meant to be like jack3d but a lot stronger, handy if you like me are very tolerant to stims, bear in mind they both have beta alaline so you're face will tingle a bit

But the best supplement is food, and plenty of rest many folk get this simple task so wrong

sp250 just gives me bad gas tbh. Size on was ok but I only used it for 2 weeks dunno what I was meant to notice different.

Im a big fan of LG Sciences Anadraulic State GT, should give it a try, use this all the time has a great ingredient list pre-workout type of drink but not for "pump". I find it gives great endurance and prevents muscle fatigue to a certain extent and keeps the strength up, good product.

Cheers Benny. Been using total peptide before bed but might give BE a try as I'm almost out of TP.

Unfortunately had family round so have now missed the triple points, so will probably place an order when back from Germany week after next.

SP250 and SizeOn stacked for me worked very well. Was taking SizeOn during workout and first thing in morning on none work out days for the recommended 4 weeks.

Only thing I found with the SP250 was had to up the dosage very quickly.

How much is all of that stuff costing you then? I just looked at the 2 years running winner of "best recovery" and it costs £40-60 a kilo.

I thought size-on was Gaspari's creatine which was meant to be stacked with their SP250? Been a while since I looked at pre-workouts since I bulk brought Taurine, Beta-Alanine, AAKG and Citruline Mallate.

it is. they recommend drinking it during training though on workout days.

SP250 is pre workout

Benny does taurine actually do anything? For some reason I have a bag of it at home, is it worth taking?

It's often used as part of the stimulant in some pre-workouts and can help to improve focus. Before mine ran out I would plunk 3.5 grams into my preWO mix and also pre bed shake (1 5cc scoop).

It's also a neuro-inhibiter (I think that's the right word) so helps things move through cell walls easier. I also found it improved my sleep. I took 7 grams before bed for a while and had such deep sleep it felt like I hadn't slept sometimes, not tired though was wierd. Some of my dreams were quite vivid and enjoyable if you catch my drift ;) one was a little bit too enjoyable *ahem* so along with not wanting to pump so much Taurine into myself I dropped the dosage as I didn't want to be spaffing my sheets everynight. Never had wet dreams when going through puberty so I was either exceptionally horny or it was the Taurine. Hasn't happened since.

I think you can hold a tiny bit of water with it, minimal amounts but is worth noting.

If you've got it give it a shot don't expcet any noticable gains from it but you might well feel more focused. Especially if you take some Beta-Alanine with it you should get a good pump on.

Right now I'm have a scoop of post workout whey and a multi, that's it. I don't know whether its because I'm not 100% dedicated at the moment and drinking on the regular (so wouldn't really fancy taking creatine now for example) or just don't feel I need it. I used to take anything and everything I could but I think you reach a point where you realize it isn't doing much apart from burning a hole in your pocket :\

Yup.

I still have left over Leucine, L-Glutamine and some HMB that I haven't even opened. I'll use them up as and when but won't be in a rush to buy them again unless I'm training my titties off.

Still buy the unessential 'essentials' though (whey fast & slow release, AAKG, Cit Mal, BA, Taurine).

Edit: Fish Oils too ;)

Yer I should take the fish oils to be fair, I've got good stock left, just had soo long off I'd have to go through the sealife centre burps for a few days again :p

Ordered some MP MyBar High Pro to bump my order over for free delivery. Also figured they'll come in handy. Went for Chocolate Orange flavour.

On the whole I'm not particulary impressed. I like that they're chewy, flavours okay but just bland when it comes to taste and texture.

Much preffered Phd Flapjacks @ £18 for 24 instead of MP MyBar @ £15 for 12.

Another plug for Phd from me.
