Opinions please, any of the models lol, apart from the new K7 because thats fugly, ive read up on them lots and they all have a really good rep, also sat on a few and feel really nice.
Only problem is im 20 and all the damn places ive called are 21 or 25  really annoys me considering i can buy one insure and ride away that day :/ but 1 place has said if i insure it myself for a day i can test ride one so that might be an option if i cant find anyone local who would be willing to let me have a go for 20 mins lol :(

I take it you passed your test a while ago and it has matured to full power now?

In that case you shouldn't have a problem getting a test ride, I never did when I was looking last year (I was 20). Bike places are always funny about test rides, but if you insist on it as a selling point then they are usually ok.

Insuring it yourself for a day could be an option, is there a dayinsure equivalent for bikes?

Yea been riding over 3 years but have just over 2 years now with full license, and was abit smaller back then when i got my SV650s lol and it hurts my legs now on even just hour rides, i sit down really low just sitting on it, and when i sit on the 750 im sitting quite upright which is what i want and it all feels right, but i want a mint one and will pay around 5-6k if i have to and dont want to just buy one for that much money and it dosent feel right when i ride it so really do need a test ride

The K6 750 is the kiddie to get .. I dont know any way to get 1 day insurance on a bike im afraid . Only thing i can think of is take an older friend with you and get him to take it for a ride and you swap iver a few miles down the road . Dodgy i know but only thing i can think of.
Cant see anyone loaning you there bike to try it .
I have a K6 1000 and i never did a test ride but its such an awsome bit of kit i have no regrets ...Although tbh the 750 would have been fast enough

Yea, only thing i can think of it if someone at my local bike club has one mabie i *** have a go for abit on one of the rideouts as they will be with me then lol, and i wudnt go hooning on anyone elses anyway because i really just want to feel what its like for usual commuting speeds, and yea i could ask my dad but he might feel uneasy about it lol not that im a bad rider but anything could happen right :/ not sure anymore but ive heard a few people getting a day insurance or a week one usually just phone them up and ask will do that with my current insurer and ask

**UPDATE** lol :p

Well been all over the bottom half of the country it seems so far and nobody will give me a test ride :( a few places have said if i had the money ready on the day that that could work sumit out to ride it before i bought which is fair i suppose, but now that ive been given a permanent contract at work i can afford to get one with a little bit of finance i need to add to rest of my funds :p probably going to go fully comp insurance at just under £900 good idea? or just go third party fire and theft at just over £400? anyone ever ridden one? so hopefully ill have one end of next month have helf myself off from getting one this month as got 2 holidays next month :/ though id rather have the bike the gf wont be impressed :p

Im pretty excited lol love that getting a new vehicle feeling :D

Awesome Rabid Dog ty for that some really usefull info :D would love a test ride but i think your 2 far away lol :( I think the best info was that your abit taller than me and the bike is still good for you thats my worst worry lol seeing as i cant get a test ride, ty for that insurance quote one of them wanted £2k fully comp :o every company ive changed with i still get insured with AXA through them and again they have been the best quote for me, ill prob call them up before i get the bike to make sure the £900 is right :p

My main use will be the same commuting everyday then using the bike for fun on the weekends and hopefully some track days this year aswell :)
