Does anyone know anything about Synchronous Machines? Im revising this module at the moment. The thing I want to know is, what is regulation? I know how to work it out, and that it's the change in voltage with load, but I don't really understand it and wether higher or lower regulation is better. Thankfully complete understanding of it isn't vitally important for the module.
