What's the difference between these two products? The descriptions on OCUK are identical, but the "+" version is about £25 more expensive.

Clock rate and 128mb Cache instead of 64mb. I own the + version and peak 12mb/s to download files from the drive(s) installed.

Depends on what you're using it for.
I have a WD Mybook World II that has a max. transfer rate of ~7MB/s. This can easily stream 4 DVD ISOs without any trouble.
If you really want speed, then build your own server. A 2 disk RAID 0 would probably be enough to max out a gigabit LAN.
