T-Mobile Upgrade

Hi all,

I'm way past my upgrade date with T-Mobile and spend a fair amount every month so I'm wondering what I should upgrade to (should be able to badger them into giving me something nice for free).

I was thinking of either the K810i, K800i or the W880i. I'm a bit dubious as in my past Experience, Ericsson have been dodgy and unstable software wise... has this changed?

I'm currently using a Samsung D600 and would like to upgrade to something that will provide decent camera and walkman functionality (preferably with a standard headphone jack too). What's the U600i like?

Any ideas or opinions?

I thought about the U600 as im currently using an E900, which is good, but fiddly. The GF has just the W880i which i dont like, (too thin) the k800 and k810i both look good phones or the Nokia n95 (if you can get it)
