tagen 580 and dfi expert

just ordered a dfi for my machine, been reading up that they recomend an 8 pin power connector to the board, my tagen 580 has an addon in the bot that plugs into the psu and then onto the current 4 pin one, is this the right one?

Put the 2 blue together then that goes in the 8 pin then put the big black one withe small that goes in the 24 pin bit obviousley. Then if you have sli you have to put a 3 pin floppy power cable in the sli just about the top pcie slot
