Default profile is interleaved at 12db.

I am sure we could get that down to 6db/Fast to give more speed and latency.. but give it a few days first and maybe raise us a ticket Monday for a performance profile.

I've been checking at the busy times and getting repeat results as the one I got on the day the service activated, which is just brilliant.

Last night I had to reboot the router to cure a wifi problem. I just checked and I'm now getting better pings! :D

So checking regularly shows that I'm getting 18Mb/s consistently..........but last night I was trying to watch something on the iplayer that kept stopping to buffer, so what's that all about? :confused:
 
Impossible to say without details etc. Might have been Linx having a lay down again.

Please do let us know via support if it continues as there could literally be hundreds of reasons for it.
