TastyPC: Bitfenix Spectre PRO LED 120mm Fan Review

There's nothing wrong with the mic in my opinion... You're loud and clear on my end. I believe you got a new mic? That's no good.... You'll make the fan louder than it really is :p:D

Nah i'll use the same mic for future sound tests :)

As the BitFenix Rep what did you think of the review?

There's 2 reps on this forum, Kul1, and myself. I take care of North America, and I occasionally pop into OCUK. I didn't know you emailed us for a review sample.
Shoot me an email at jacky.ly[AT]bitfenix.com. We'll discuss then.

In all fairness the quality - video/sound is very good in these videos, especially for someone who is just starting out. If you look at my first lot of videos and other reviewers, they were terrible!!

Content is also great, you cover the product well and the testing procedures are what people are looking for... just keep getting those videos up -- everything is spot on!

I subbed btw - from one reviewer to another! :)

I thought the first one was very good for a 1st attempt, it just needed to be a bit louder and slower spoken.

Be good to see a range of 140 fans, especially PWM ones, although it doesn't seem that there are nearly enough on the market. Have just ordered a Fractal Arc Midi but I'd really like all the fans to be 140 PWM.

Great videos.

It's obvious that you're new to making this type of production as the nerves clearly show but there's little that can be done other than continue to make them and soon enough you'll find your comfort.

The only criticism that I'd make is when you filmed your test, specifically the fog tests of the 10 120mm fans. The lack of audio was deafening. Perhaps I could suggest that for the future you could find some complimentary background music, just to play during such tests to keep viewer focus.

There is one more thing, but it's more of a personal peeve of mine than a criticism, the majority of online video reviewers do it also. The visible mic cable. One of the design functions of a lapel mic is so that the cable can be fed under clothing and hidden discreetly (the cable not the mic)
