Tea / Coffee Mugs

:D
I have a big mug I always use for tea, and a set of 4 that are my go to ones for coffee. I would happily have one for tea and one for coffee and just wash them before use each time.
On top of that there are a bunch of other mugs that mostly get used by the rest of the family until there are none left.

I am going to do a cull soon I think :)

nice :)

I understand if it is for collecting. Also I've seen people with huge units with 30 odd mugs in them - nice ones acquired over the years or gifts etc. It then has a nice visual too.

Lots of cups stacked up in a cupboard though just 'because' - doesn't seem best use of space.

We seem to rotate through our Emma Bridgewater mugs quite effectively. Tea tastes better out of one of those! I use separate mugs for coffee as apparently putting coffee in a tea mug leaves a coffee flavour in there (even after the dishwasher…). Got the usual outdoor / builders mugs as well!
Ah - I forgot about the camping mugs.

I have one dedicated to coffee/cocoa, one for Bovril, one as a rice measuring device, and an unfortunate one which has been relegated to permanent washing powder scoop duty, the poor bugger.
That reminds me, one of mine is for measuring oatmeal.

6 full cups and 9 half cups in the Kitchen
I quite like that idea actually - if it is spares of your favourite mug :)
If they are sat there never to be used because no one likes them, then that's another matter :)

We have around 20

Use a select few that’s about it
I've now bought a nice mug for coffee, so I have one for tea and one for coffee and just wash them every time. Next step would be to do the same for everyone else, then get rid of a bunch of them - keeping a few for guests or 'emergencies' :)
