We have such an event coming up as well. The organiser booked one of those private champagne booth "flights" on the London Eye. I don't drink and I'm scared of heights though

It's not particularly a team building event either

Big brother is about to finish so get your company to stick you all in there for a week, by the end of the week you should all be getting along fine, or all your staff will be ready to jack their jobs and you can recruit new younger/fitter/non sprog dropping ones

A day at the races, you can all put your best togs on, have a few little flutters and then go out on the town afterwards.

Not really a team building day out, but...if you work on your own, this would be a killer day out
