Teeth whitening - Recommended kits?

Warning...this thread is for people interested in or have already whitened their teeth. Metros only.

Buuuut as topic...last thing i heard a few years back was related to crest (?) strips.

Whats the latest nowadays?

When in Mexico my housemate had his done at our hot dentist there. She uses a gel then puts a laser on it. It's a rapid treatment and it does work but he was in agony for days with sensitivity.

Basically the quicker the treatment the stronger the gel and the likelihood of sensitivity.

Yeah mine is 375 but this includes the moulds/impressions and also the teeth whitening stuff itself.

The dentist didn't recommend the 'quick fix' solution of sitting in a chair for 90mins using the Philips Zoom. She was very disappointed and that was at her own surgery.
