Price isnt really an issue, but I'd rather go for the cheaper out the 3 if there isnt any difference in performance!

If you should pick 2GB or 4GB is not a question we can answer from what you have said.

Soz, I will be buying 4GB when Ive made my decision.
Is there any benifits in having 2X2GB over 4X1GB, other than strain on the Northbridge?
