Sex......anything else is lies!! ;) :D

same as me :D the extra strength and increased health is a nice bonus as well tho :)

the one thing i hate is when other BBs look down on you cause you want to make yourself look more attractive to women

I started doing some weights to try and help with my biking. I do biketrials riding, so its one of the most muscularly intense forms of riding there is.

I'm big and had a crap weight:strength ratio... doing weights helped a bit and i soon became bigger, but this in turn made me heavier and kept me on the same old cycle of gaining muscle/weight and not improving.

Recently been trying higher reps and techniques that mimmick the moves i use when biking and its helped a lot more...

Reactions, speed and strength are all well up now and my biking is improving no end. As is general stamina which the mrs quite enjoys testing.

Started playing rugby in year 11 so decided to take my game up a notch. Used to go to the school gym which was only open once a week. Then started going to a gym when started college as was playing for a local under 18 side and did so regularly for about a year and haven't really been back properly until very recently (during which time I gained almost 4 stone, lost over 2 stone already though). Now just trying to lose a bit more weight and then get some muscle on.

Well i don't have a story as such as I'm yet to start weight lifting but hopefully I'll be where some of you are. Ive always been quite skinny at 12 stone and 6'1" and have always dabbled in weights but lost interest soon after starting. Mainly due to believing its just my genes as my dads the same size as me and always has been. But thinking about it he doesn't do weights or eat properly so that could have something to do with it :D .

I started reading the sports section of OcUK a while ago and picked up loads of useful information and wanted to give it a proper go. Ive got the weights and a bench and some protein from My Protein ready to start but have had a few health issues recently stopping me :( . Ive had one thing after the next for the past 6 months, i hope its not a sign :D . But i wont let it put me off I'm going to start as soon as Ive been to the docs about the most recent issue. I just don't want to put loads of hard work in get results then have to have 6 weeks off recovering from an operation loosing all the hard work.
