Temp Insurance

Well, there was I thinking I was getting a good deal from the 7 day free insurance from eBay. Took 10 mins to get through to them, went through all the details with some indian woman who could just about talk english to be told I have to be 25 to insurance "a high grouped car" its only 15

So, as dayinsure is underwritten by NU, will this still have the same effect or will it not matter?

Another option, could I just phone my current insurer (elephant) and ask them for temp cover on my new car for one day?

Pretty annoyed really as I fine combed the terms and conditions of the free 7 day cover and it had NO WHERE about this age and high group thing. grrrr

You can use Dayinsure for a Group 15 car yea, as long as it isn't modified.

ah thats good. Nope its totally standard. Can I fill it out online on sunday morning (when i get the car) or would it be wise to pay for the cover today for sunday? As im in work without a bank card

Cover is instant, so do it whenever you want
