Thanks for the advice. I'll give up on the email service, and call them.

All I can say is unlucky. I have ordered even RMA stuff with Overclockers and I have to say: it is mint. One of the reasons I shop here.

Ordered a keyboard once, realized it was the wrong one straight away, called ocuk, and they said they wouldn't get back to me until the week after - by then, the keyboard's came. ****ing useless. I realize it was my fault that I ordered the wrong one but in this case it was impossible to reverse it.

So why did you create a new one? No shop matters on the forums.

Where on earth do people get this from? Shop talk is absolutely fine, complaints are not. Specific order enquiries are allowed but are a bit pointless so are simply closed.
