Ordered a keyboard once, realized it was the wrong one straight away, called ocuk, and they said they wouldn't get back to me until the week after - by then, the keyboard's came. ****ing useless. I realize it was my fault that I ordered the wrong one but in this case it was impossible to reverse it.
