That's what you call a woman who knows what she wants.

In UK law you'd be right, however I don't know about Romanian law although it's possible you could shed some light on that particular question? The lady could still be charged with one of the sexual offences were it to have happened in the UK though of course, not to mention the GBH/ABH or whatever was most appropriate for the stabbing.

For what it's worth I think the UK law is too narrowly defined here and that it is possible for a woman to rape a man but in terms of trying to draw up a sufficiently clear and coherent definition it is difficult.

This is what I meant. I seem to remember a thread posted on here a few years back about the UK law regarding a woman raping a man, and how a woman would most likely be charged with something else rather than rape. Or maybe I made it all up, I can't remember.

That's what I told your mum but she did it anyway lololol

So much win! :D

This being GD, the question will probably come up numerous times but no, in UK law, a woman cannot rape a man.

UK LAW:

Rape is the insertion of a penis into the vagina, anus or mouth of someone (male or female) without their consent. Non-consent includes the victim being in an unfit state to give consent be it through drugs, drink, mental capacity or under the age of 13 as well as them not actually giving consent or giving consent through duress e.g. violence, blackmail etc.

If this was in the UK, the woman in this case would be charged with sexual assault. Exact statute dependant on whether E&W or Scotland.

Not sure this is necessarily the place for it, but a woman can rape a man (not in law, but physically, you just need a boner and a fanny). I once woke up to a girl just starting to ride me. We had never kissed before and frankly I did not find her attractive. We knew each other from school, which was a couple of years earlier and I had let her stay at my place, having bumped into her on a night out while on holiday.

She stayed in my bed as both other bedrooms had people in them. We hadn't kissed or even vaguely showed any interest in each other and I had zero intention of anything happening. After a full night's sleep I woke up to her on me.

In that case I would honestly say it wasn't rape because I thought it was funny and speaking frankly, finished the job, despite her gopping. However, if I hadn't been feeling so amicable / relaxed (e.g. being attached as I am now, this was not far off 20 years ago) she had started having sex with me without my consent, or knowledge.

Your a loose man.

So you woke up with her about to ride you, therefore you already had said required boner. Surely there was something before that? Or was she just riding home on the old morning glory??

Admit it, that's just called shagging a minger!

Morning glory (may be she fiddled with it, I have no idea) but it was inserted when I woke up.

Trust me I have shagged minggers, but this was definitely a surprise.

edit: I'm not saying a man can be raped without a boner, just that you can have a boner without intending to shag someone. I don't consider myself an example since I did not bolt (until done).

My mate had something similar to that with a girl from uni. They went to a party and she got ridiculously drunk and he let her sleep in his bed. He woke up twice. One time she was trying to suck him off, the next she was trying to ride him. We just laugh at him. :p
