We already have leaked benchmarks. If people wanted that level of performance for £700 with AMD software stack they could have it for more than a year already with 20GB vram rather than 16GB, it's called the 7900XT.

AMD will look at that then price it at $700So it looks like if AMD price the 9070XT above $600 then thats ruling out at least 90% of potential customers which is why AMD will stay at 10% market share or even lose market share.
