I'll be to far gone for trying squad by then mate, play some bf4 tonight and I'll do squad over the weekend.

Well it seems like I can't play this game at all now, just stuck on joining server.... tried everything mentioned, seems to be quite a common problem. Tried different browsers, repairing, admin, firewall stuff etc.

Mate, it's fubar at the moment. The only trick working is turning off the code verification thingy in Origin. Which of course is making the hackers probably very happy.

EDIT:

Even turning that off isn't working for me! At first, I got the syncing storage screen but nope....

The only thing that worked for me was to uninstall and reinstall Origin, leaving the verification working.
It pulled a 90mb download when I did it, maybe the fix patch.

Just tried a re-install and also got the update but still not working for me

This just worked for me:

Close all browsers
Close Origin
Start Origin
Left click BattleField 4 in Origin games list, then click Play to launch BattleLog in browser
Then try join game/start Test Range in browser just opened

Did you reinstall origin? I've had problems before which I could only fix by re-installing origin.

Yup tried re-installing origin. Tried everything suggested by others here:

The only thing I haven't tried is re-installing battlefield, although I have a feeling that wouldn't fix it either....

Don't reinstall, that doesn't work either. Launching the Campaign worked for me.
