My BF4 is giving me very low fps today , usually around 140ish everything set to ultra resolution scale is at 150 with 1920 x1200 ..and im getting around 55-80 fps
I had this last night. I had to fire up the game through origin instead of going through my normal battlelog link.
I did reinstall BF4 and reset my router beforehand, mind. Didn't work until I fired up the campaign.

Some people in this game are just idiots. Had one "team member" take my LAV on Zavod the other day while I was repping. Couldn't understand why he should get out of the vehicle. I was on the top of the scoreboard and he was near the bottom and yet he seemed to think he was going to make better use of it. Anyway 20secs later he over engages and gets wiped out. Maybe he should have waited for the reps to finish?
I have no problem with other people getting the vehicle I'd hoped to use as long as they use it effectively. It's really depressing running round as infantry when your teams vehicle assets are doing nothing to capture or support the capture of flags and are only interested in maintaining their 8:0 KD ratio by sniping from within inches of our redzone, and you're being hammered by well positioned enemy vehicle assets.
That's primarily why I don't fly. There's always going to be a better pilot than me and I don't want to destroy the teams chances by wasting vehicle assets while I learn to fly.
There's been a couple of instances on TM recently where a team mate (non OcUK) has actually chased me across the map with a vehicle to give it to me because they thought I'd make better use of it. Now that's teamplay!.

If we on a small map with a just tank and lav, i get in it so 1 of our lot can spawn, then tell them to drive, just so no crappy player can destroy it.

Nexus could you upload your preset for sweetfx.
@Nexus - I fixed that issue by replacing my browser URL with http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/?intcmp=originclient which is the URL you come through from the play link within the origin library.
Remember when I had the xfactor name, some guy just kept ramming me on rogue with his tank giving me abuse about my/xfactor videos 
I haven't used a sweetfx preset for ages now but this was the one that I was using:

Yup.
Tried everything suggested,
- reinstall of origin
- right clicking in origin and selecting play
- launching bf4 from directory folder
- different browsers
- turning off verification
- turning off cloud storage
- admin rights for the game
- repairing the game
- checking my firewall/AV
etc.

Have you re-run pbsetup?
What happens if you try to join an unranked server?
