I can never connect to server first time either. I have to click Play in Origin, then join server again in new tab that opens.

I actually quite fancied playing a few bf 4 games this week as well as at the weekend there but nope

If this issue isn't fixed by the end of this week, I can't see myself touching bf 4 again, not with the division beta next weekend then full release on 8th March and various other games due out.

Yup it doesn't look like I will be able to play, I think they have got other tankers though so they should be fine.

With a 1TB SSD, gone are the days where I had to uninstall games! At least for now....

It is odd, it doesn't seem to be affecting a lot of people and what fixes work for some, doesn't work for others and then for some, the fix that did work all of a sudden seems to no longer work :confused:

The annoying thing is, no word at all from EA/DICE.....

Ahh, EA/DICE won't care, they are too busy working on BF3.5 and SWBF 9.

Going by your previous performance in GTAV, etc. you'll still be the one getting everyone killed

That's it. The game is actually highly dependent on your squad leader. In general if I don't hear anyone speaking pre-game I move squad (this is quite rare) and if the squad lead does give a game play and strategy I am also out.

When those things all come together honestly it's amazing what you can accomplish as a squad with everyone playing different roles. BF doesn't come close.

If you think its like BF4 Hardcore then you would be very wrong indeed.

In saying that the game is difficult. I often get killed and have no idea how - often it's a sniper but because there is no spotting you really have to listen to where the fire is coming from. Fortunately the developers understand that and the voice comes and sounds are really good. The other thing is that it's sometimes difficult to know friend from foe so you need to use your map a lot to predict enemy movements and know for sure that you are not killing your team mates.

I understand that but honestly the tools are in place for randoms to coordinate.

I chucked a grenade the other right and it hit the wall instead of going over it and almost killed my entire squad :eek:

Was kind of awkward on TS lol.
