The Battlefield 4 Thread 2015

The gameplay was great last night but someone needs to speak to that castor - seriously if you want more people to take an interest in competitive battlefield you need someone who doesn't go off topic all the time; at times I had to mute the cast.

Yeah it's pathetic really, they go completely off topic and seem to ignore the gameplay.

Yeh I used to play a game called tribes ascend which also had a lot going on with big levels. We had really good casters where we would use multiple people spectating like cameras with someone centrally cutting between. If you can get someone who has this editing ability it's awesome - they can support replays etc and make the match really exciting.

You really need this IMO with a game like battlefield which is inherently complicated. It's surprising that we don't have this given how much more people play battlefield compared to Tribes Ascend which I'm guessing most of you haven't heard about..

keep on at the people in charge on places like twitter hashtag it.

i have mentioned it a few times to a few people.get quite a few of you to do same they may change it.

Yes!!! Noshar was my favourite map for TDM.

Don't tell me you were one of those snipers on the crane :D
I used to enjoy pushing them of using the MAV :p

Oh and I just delidded the 3770k I got a while back, lovely decrease in temps.
:)

Before:
Ambient 17.5 degrees c
4.7ghz
1.150v bios
Passed 1hr IBT
IBT Temps 70, 84, 85, 76
Gaming Temps 57, 60, 62, 54
**STABLE**

After (Delid CLP applied):
Ambient 21.5 degrees c
4.7ghz
1.150v bios
Passed 1hr IBT
IBT Temps 49, 54, 60, 54
Gaming Temps 42, 47, 51, 43
**STABLE**

Difference IBT
-21, -30, -25, -22
Difference Gaming
-15, -13, -11, -11

These temps are fantastic and much better than my 3570K which was running at 4.7Ghz @1.380mv (59, 72, 63, 61 IBT).

As for the differences going from an i5 to i7. The FCAT results are lower (From 7 to 4). SLI is smoother, less stutter, higher gpu usage so it did reduce my bottleneck.

Haha not at all. I was the one taking 5 minutes to get up there to kill them. Only to repeat the entire process seconds after jumping off lol.

Damn that's a nice reduction.

Well fixed the crashing issue thanks to Stulid, Nvidia hot patched the latest drivers due to a crashing issue.

Some good games tonight, although perhaps a little one sided :-) , none were close.

Feeling inadequate with my lowly 114 rank compared to you 140 chaps..

You promised to keep our thing a secret mynight :( No more webcam footage for you!

GG's tonight, fun to be wrecking casual scrubs again! :p

Got to say, this comp. 12vs12 has definitely improved my game/play style!

Dunno why u were so against it in the first place... Competitive gaming will always make u a better player.. Even if you got raped every game you still learn a lot.
