Yep, i remember we used to have some epic rush battles on the nM server most nights of the week. Bf3/4 dont have the same appeal where you look forward to playing them. Bf3 is pretty well polished now tbf, though it took a good bit of time. With bf4 your always expecting issues before you join a game.

It was all rush back then I didn't know anything else. Rush in bf4 is so bad its almost unplayable as a game mode I would say. Bc24eva!
 
Stupidly bought BF4 Premium the other week after vowing not to after the beta, a few hours in totally bored with it.
BF3 was fun for a bit longer, though totally agree neither have come close to the event that was BC2. Loved the OcUK community and yes so many fond memories of those epic rush battles.
 
Bought BF Premium for £14 from Mexico - the most recent DLC pack is pretty good. I have still never experienced any of these problems that people constantly go on about. The game appears to work fine.
 
I think BF3 premium was brilliant. All the maps had a clear theme, and the new vehicles were great fun. Aftermath and Endgame jeeps? Those things absolutely destroyed if you used them right. Especially endgame, with the 4-round rockets that could kill a tank in a volley and the aa missiles.

For me, second assault should have been Damavand just for the rush, Noshahr for the meat grinder noob fest that is TDM, and then two conquest maps. Sharqi peninsula was good for rush as well, that could have been in. Maybe even some Endgame or Aftermath maps.

They should have brought back some bf2 maps like road to jalalabad. :D
 
Only map pack I bought for bf 3 was aftermath, superb maps! And I got CQ maps for free, absolutely loved them maps, most of my gameplay time was on them.
 
They should release all the BF3 maps for us to use. That would placate me, biught oremium and think I have spent 450 of my 475 odd hours on the vanilla maps.

LvLcaps recent video on map design highlighted the many flaws on the latest maps.

Saying that though will still be on tonight for a decent sesh!

Sex and Blowjobs are replaced by KDR's and Input lag. Enjoy being young dude!

Lol i remmber playing on nm server and joining them Ts use to be a real laugh then they disappeared when bf3 came out
