the best 680i nb waterblock,and if theres a vrm waterblock also?

as above really,i have a swiftech mcp5 pump and a dual rad and a single.the cpu is cooled by an alpha cool nexxxos.
all ideas greatly appreciated.

DangerDen 680i block for the NB. EK also do a 680i block which also appears to perform well.

I've got the EK block, i'm very happy with it. There's a little bit on the motherboard that sticks out a tiny bit right under where you mount one of the washers so be careful when tightening it down, no biggie though.
