With the advances in forensics and technology it is easy to incriminate somone now. For those who have been affected by serious crime I see no reason why they should vote for anything but "For".

It's still easy to contaminate evidence though, despite all of the technological advancements.

Unless capital punishment is re-instated things will get worse and crimes will increase.

I was a law abiding citizen but seeing the likes of celebrities getting away with crimes because of their status makes me sick. We are all human, we all have the SAME human rights, we are all governed by the SAME laws, to be treated any differently is a crime in itself.

Criminal minded immigrants and citizens know that the country's laws are soft and will continue their acts of wickedness. Unless capital punishment is re-instated things will get worse and crimes will increase.

Can I in turn just ask why on earth you are coming at this from an angle that death should be the automatic position and leaving the person alive then has to be justified? Your flippant attitude to death rather suggests you do not fully appreciate or understand the value of human life.
