No to my knowledge, but this is a learning process for these guys. Certainly they are missing on the feminine market if they go down this route, which is big.

I would rather focus on different marketing strategies rather than trying "old tricks" which don't really work.

Certainly, as a corporate customer, I will run away from such an image, doesn't offer a professional look.

Exactly. Internet 'culture' might be dominated by young, male nerds, but women use the internet as much as men. I suppose OCUK's only concern is whether the number of people put off by their 1980s marketing techniques is greater or less than the number of idiots who would decide to go to a trade show and spend money because they might get to stare at a woman.

I have read the entire thread and this is something we will be looking into. - We obviously do not want to lose customers and members of the community over this and we will be finding a balance.

All points seem to have been raised now and the thread is derailing to nothing more than just sending abuse to other members of the forums which is something we do not support.

If you have any more constructive criticism regarding this subject then please email me in Trust so I can add it to my notes. I'd rather this be more formal, rather than users getting upset and taking offence and giving abuse to other users as this is not something we want on our forums here.
