Who plans to be on straight after 1.2 lands? I think I've read somewhere that it will be downloaded at the regular maintenance time so that should have it done by 11am UK time?

I'll be on sometime between 11am and 12pm and if there is a team available would like to jump straight into Clear Sky (I still can't but help to associate that name with STALKER). Otherwise I plan on soloing some of the HVT missions (completed all side quests yesterday so ready to go).

Also now have 2 alts in Manhattan and a third ready to do the Police precinct to use as stash mules (and slowly level them up too), so ready for all this "generous" loot! Something like that 204 AUG they showed in the twitch stream would be nice.

I calculated my toughness based on the formula provided - 71k stamina and 62% armour brings me to 180k toughness...I wonder if they will give a guide as to hard/challenging missions and what the recommended toughness score should be for each.

I discovered an interesting "bug" after the dailies yesterday - I went back to the BoO and checked my stats as I was dying way too easy and my inventory was all bugged out, showing as being in the 40's. I use the level 4 police backpack to stock up on ammo before heading out to do the dailies. It would appear that although my Striker backpack was showing as being equipped, the game was using the stats of my Police backpack, so my health was way low as was my armour. No amount of equipping/unequipping the backpack would change the stats, I had to put the police backpack into my stash and log-out/log-in to correct it. I don't think I'll bother doing the police backpack thing any more.

I really wish I could get on when it drops but alas, I'm working. Tomorrow night for me will be spent finishing my last few encounters and then off to the dz for major farming for more credits and mats.

I calculated my toughness tonight as well and on my current setup it will be around 270-280k toughness but I already have rolls planned to bring me to the new armour cap, which will turn my toughness into around 360-380k.

Good fun today, lots of dz!!! Ranked up twice so just below 91 now, and made a lot of credits and mats.

Roll on tomorrow night :)
 
I am on my dreaded week of nights but that does mean I will be on soon after 11 ish (I don't sleep much). I will be checking out the high value targets and hopefully trying clear sky late afternoon/early morning.
 
Nice run in the DZ last night, made a nice bit of extra DZ credits, thanks to everyone I played with :)

Been playing with my extended mag again on my Aug trying to find a nice balance.

My DPS is 246k with 103% extra mag size and 29% rate of fire, my RPM is 949 but I do 15k to 20k per shot less damage than with a mag that has 98% mag and 36% crit damage with an RPM of 749 I think it was, and my DPS is 220k with that slower mag but higher damage.

Enemies certainly go down really quick but if I miss I loose ammo quite quickly. Spent 2hrs solo cleaning out the Q building, the pit and a few others and only died twice with the faster rate of fire so might stick with that as it seems to work ok. Should be more useful against rouges as well.

Cleaning out the Q building I finally got a green drop from the boss as I haven't seen one for ages so that was a nice surprise, 191 nomad chest piece, not a bad one either so I managed to extract that and put it in my stash as you never know when it might be useful :)

Had an epic Manhunt yesterday and survived with JP7152 and imtootall. The rewards were disapointing not sure about experiance but got about 11k dz funds for killing about 15+ agents. Came across a russian clan called OPS, tore them a new bum hole even though it was 8v3! They were pussey and would not go rogue until JP got downed by a mob and I went in for the revive.
 
5354 should be 75% armour. I need gear pieces with bleed resistance. It will be necessary in pvp.

was always aware,wtf do gear has some stats (resistencasies etc) which is not really usefull (for particular build),now it will be handy i guess

If I do FL Incursions and get the rewards today will I also get the new rewards again tomorrow after the patch? Or will it notice I've already completed it this week?

At this stage nobody knows so it's probably not worth doing FL until after the patch as you will get better rewards tomorrow unless a developer mentions it will be reset again tomorrow.

Count me in for DZ farming as well Gamble! As for my gear breakdown, I will get on it early afternoon and post it here. Time to get busy and up those numbers!

I'd completely forgotten about this and is probably a wise move yes. Will you up it through attributes or through the new gear set (Final Measure, +50% Exotic Damage Resilience (2 pcs))?

Don't forget to run the 'Steady Hands' skill if you're running an AR, found it to be very useful and lots less kick within that 10 seconds in cover with my AK :cool:

Personally I am not using that talent because with a properly modded weapon there's very little kick/recoil saving you a valuable talent slot. AKs are the worst when it comes to kicking/recoil and are the most difficult to mod. On the other end of the spectrum is the Tactical ACR. The latter also has a higher RPM and thus does more damage per second if the base damage is good, of course.

Yesterday I've spent about 2 hours trying to find out to properly mod a T-ACR and I've put a list up on a previous page. Before, I left it in my backpack because it was useless. After modding it I'm amazed; there's almost no recoil and it rips through level 32 NPCs and I did some rogues with it as well. And that's with a poorly rolled weapon talent-wise, and not even having all the mods I want at that.

A few pages back I've made a list of how to mod the AUG perfectly, go look it up and I'm sure you'll get even more out of it!
 
Would someone mind explaining to be the bomb process on FL?

i have ran FL lots (only once successfully) but someone else has always done the bomb.

is it bomber goes one side and someone goes the other to turn off both turrets then bomber plants bomb and runs like mad?

You can do it that way, an alternative way is have the med pack thing (forgot its name, whenever I've done it, I've had the Immunizer, helps against the Drones) and throw that behind or in front of the APC, turrets will shoot that, you plant the bomb, then run away.
